Custom Imprinting

 

Custom imprinting of webbing and straps is one of CustomTieDowns's specialties. Everyone loves to see custom made products with their name, favorite design, company logo or just about anything. Whether you are looking for private labeling, advertising materials or simply a birthday gift, CustomTieDowns has a custom printed webbing that will work.

We offer two great printing solutions, Direct Printing and Sublimated Printing for our custom made webbing products. Each printing solution has different advantages detailed below.

 
 

DIRECT PRINTING

  • Texture of Webbing Affects Print Clarity
    • Direct Printing is selected when purchasing a product such as webbing or straps. If Direct Printing is available, a link that looks like this: CUSTOM IMPRINT will be shown next to the product.

    SUBLIMATION

    Benefits:
  • Full Customization Available, Color, Patterns, Text, Logos, Artwork
  • Pantone Color Matching
  • Single or Double Sided Printing
  • Continuous/Repeating Printing
    • Limitations:
  • Higher Minimum Order Size
  • Longer Production Time
  • Polyester Webbing Only
  • Artwork Setup Process
    • Sublimation imprinted webbing is fully customizable. There are a lot of options to choose from when considering sublimated webbing. We provide a Sublimation Checklist to cover most of the common options and help make the ordering process easier.

    SUBLIMATION CHECKLIST (PDF)

    For Sublimated printing, we sell both the raw webbing for you to sublimate yourself and finished sublimated webbing that can be purchased by the roll or by the foot.

    We produce all of our custom printed products in-house. Having full control over our manufacturing process allows us to maintain the highest level of quality while keeping the minimum order size as small as possible.

    We also understand artwork is not every customer's strong suit. Our graphic design services can assist with product design and artwork creation when needed. Our staff is here to make the process as simple for our customers as possible.
