8 INCH POLYESTER WEBBING
8 INCH POLYESTER WEBBING is used in specialized tie-downs and slings. Polyester webbing has a much lower stretch that nylon making it ideal for applications where stretch is unwanted. Most commonly, we sew and combine 8 inch webbing with smaller webbing, such as 4 inch, so that it can be used with the common industry hardware.
Some rolls may contain splices. If splices are undesirable, please note 'no splices' during checkout and we will attempt to ship splice free rolls. 8 inch wide webbing can be ordered by the foot and cut to any specific length less than the roll size.

WARNINGS: All webbing has a published tensile breaking strength. Break strength is tested by a straight tensile pull to failure. Webbing strength is always reduced after sewing. If using our webbing to make your own strap assemblies, always strength test your strap after sewing to ensure the proper strength is achieved. Each type of webbing has advantages and disadvantages associated with its construction.
