MOTORCYCLE SOFT LOOPS

Soft loops are used to connect standard tie-downs to the handlebar of recreational vehicles, especially motorcycles. Rather than trying to attach a hook to the handlebar, just wrap the soft loop around the handlebar, and attach the tie-down hook to the soft loop. The soft texture of the webbing will help protect you handlebars better than a metal hook.
